Hello everyone! As i mentioned in the last post, i brought one of Korean food, Bungeo-ppang.
Bungeo-ppang is a fish-shaped pastry stuffed with sweetened red bean paste. Bungeo-ppang is originated from Japan. But Korean people really love it and changed Bungeo-ppang into their own version.
Even in Korea, their was two kind of Bungeo-ppang, red bean paste and shu cream. In present, people created Bungeo-ppangs that are stuffed with different things such as sweet potato, cream cheese, green tea, etc
sweet potato- matcha sweet potato- matcha red bean- mini Bungeo-ppang –
blueberry&cream cheese- custard cream- red bean- and whipping cream- read bean&walnut
There might be a people who can not buy this delicious desert. SO i prepared recipe of Bungeo-ppang.
In Korea they are sold as street food commonly, i hope you experience this food and enjoy!
